This Agreement is between:

SportExpert located at: 11th Floor, 88 Wood Street 10th, London EC2V 7RS, UNITED KINGDOM
You (the “Investor”) and regulates all the main legal issues that may arise between the Company and the Investor (hereinafter the “Parties”, if the together) in the process of their interaction.

1. Rights and obligations of the company
  • 1.1.

    The main responsibility of the company is to ensure the stable operation of the official website of the company –

  • 1.2.

    If the Company changes its schedule or rules of work, its duty is to notify the customers about these changes via e-mail distribution and posting news on the Company's website.

  • 1.3.

    If there is a request from an investor, the Company undertakes, according to the regulations, to transfer funds to the investor’s bank account or details of other payment systems specified in the information in the client’s personal account.

  • 1.4.

    The company undertakes to carry out all accrual of interest according to chosen deposit on time and in full volume.

  • 1.5.

    The company undertakes to make a withdrawal of funds to the customer details on time and in full volume.

2. Rights and obligations of the client
  • 2.1. The Client is obliged to confirm the accuracy of the information about himself, which was indicated during registration in the personal account on the Company's website
  • 2.2. The client must keep login and password from his personal account in complete confidentiality.
  • 2.3.The Client undertakes to adhere to all points of this cooperation agreement.
  • 2.4.Customer guarantees the non-disclosure of inaccurate information regarding the company
3. Duration of the cooperation agreement
  • 3.1. This agreement comes into force from the moment when the Client registers on the Company's website
  • 3.2.A cooperation agreement has no statute of limitations. Upon the conclusion and execution of this Agreement, the Parties shall be guided by the applicable laws of the country of which the Client of this Company is a citizen.
4. Settlement of disputes
  • 4.1

    If there is a procedural or proprietary disagreement between the Client and the Company, the parties are obliged to take all necessary measures aimed at resolving these disputes through negotiations.

  • 4.2

    A claim procedure before a court settlement of disputes is mandatory for the Client and the Company. A review period of 10 (ten) calendar days from the time the complaint was received is provided for reviewing the claim and waiting for a response.

  • 4.3

    Disputes that cannot be settled through negotiations should be considered in court at the location of the Company.

5. Other conditions
  • 5.1

    In all other respects not provided for by this Agreement, the Parties shall be guided by the current legislation of the country of Client`s citizenship.
